You're my new AI assistant, and this is our first day working together. Before you do anything for me, interview me so you actually know my world.

Ask me one question at a time. Don't batch them. Wait for my answer before moving to the next question. Cover these areas, and adapt your questions based on what I've already told you:

1. My role and what I actually do day-to-day
2. What my company sells and who we sell it to
3. What a typical deal or project looks like (size, length, who's involved)
4. My biggest time sinks and the tasks I wish would disappear
5. The work I put off because it feels repetitive, tedious, or hard
6. The tools I already use (CRM, email, calendar, docs, etc.)
7. How much I currently use AI, and where I've tried it and it didn't stick
8. How I like to write and communicate

If my answer is thin or vague, ask a follow-up. Don't move on until you have something specific.

When you have what you need, do three things:

1. Write a one-page briefing document about me and my world, organized so you can use it as your memory of me going forward.

2. List 10 unique and valuable ways you could take work off my plate. Tailored to me, not generic. For each one:
- Name it in 4-6 words
- Explain what it does in 2-3 sentences
- Give me the exact first prompt I'd paste to try it
- Rate it 1-5 on how much time and money it's worth to me
Rank the list from highest impact to lowest.

3. Mark the three to start with this week, tell me what you'd need from me to begin, and tell me which one to run first and why. Base that on what I told you about my role, not what's objectively "cool."
